Becoming Catholic

Are you interested in becoming Catholic? Do you want to be baptized? Were you baptized in another Christian faith and now feel called to join the Catholic Church? The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the Church’s process for adults who wish to become Catholic. It involves learning about the faith, sharing with others, and becoming part of the life of the Church. We are forming a new group soon. Adult Confirmation

If you are a baptized Catholic who has received Holy Communion but have not yet been confirmed, our Adult Confirmation process may be for you. This program begins during Lent and concludes at the Vigil of Pentecost. For more information, contact the Parish Office at 631.878.0009 or RCIA@sjecm.org.
